Design of NPT BAY and NPT BAY (9.2) controllers
NPT BAY and NPT BAY (9.2) bay controllers contain an integrated control panel, up to two independent power supplies with an universal input 220 V AC or DC, and 2 independent Ethernet ports.
The control panel is used to display information on the condition of the circuit area controlled by the device, output diagnostic information, current status of operational blocking, as well as to control switching equipment with on connection level, if necessary. For this purpose, the panel features a control mode selection key and navigation keys.
Redundant network interfaces for connection to the station information network serve to increase reliability and availability of the system. Depending on the used network topology, they can operate in different redundancy modes (independently; with switching of ports; in the network bridge mode; in the PRP mode etc.).
Wide range of input-output units allows for a flexible generation of the necessary information capacity.
Exchange of data between the basic processor unit and input and output units occurs via the internal data bus of the rack.
NPT BAY and NPT BAY (9.2) controllers are mounted onto a 19” rack with the use of standard mounting flanges located on the sides of the front panel of the products.
NPT BAY and NPT BAY (9.2) bay controllers have sufficient capacity of non-volatile memory, which enables organization of events archive with a sufficient depth, storage of the necessary parameters and factors, technical record-keeping of the electric power etc.
