Cabinet of the top-level APCS server (TL APCS)
Functionality of the cabinet is represented by the following server hardware:
- Redundant SCADA server collects and processes data in the centralized manner, archives, and delivers this data to operators’ workplaces to be provided to system users;
- Redundant TM Server collects mechanic data (TS, TI, TII) on the status and regime parameters of the control object, performs additional logical information processing, archives, and delivers such data to channeling equipment;
- SSPTI Redundant Server collects information from technological APCS of the substation (data from systems of MP relay protection and automatic equipment, emergency control automatics, oscillograph records, SCE equipment monitoring data, etc.), monitors and diagnoses performance and availability of channels of collection and transmission of data, performs self-test of the software and hardware, processes requests for historical data and transmits information to communications control center.
For small facilities, there is an option to install half-sets of equipment in a single structural component.
